End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, activating, or using DTNT, you agree to this software license.

1. License grant

Denali Tech Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use DTNT on Windows devices you own or control for your own internal business or personal use.

A paid Pro purchase covers one purchaser or one internal technician seat and may be activated on up to three Windows devices under that same purchaser's control, unless Denali Tech gives you a different written arrangement.

2. What you may and may not do

  • You may use DTNT to inspect, survey, test, and document networks and devices you own, operate, or are authorized to assess.
  • You may make reasonable backup copies for recovery purposes.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, lease, share, or distribute DTNT except as Denali Tech expressly allows in writing.
  • You may not remove branding, notices, or technical protections, or bypass Free and Pro limitations.
  • You may not reverse engineer DTNT except to the limited extent applicable law gives you that right and does not allow it to be waived.
  • You may not use DTNT to gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, collect credentials you are not entitled to access, disrupt networks, attack systems, or test networks without permission.

3. Activation and delivery

DTNT Pro is currently fulfilled through a Denali Tech purchase flow that can include Stripe-hosted checkout, activation email delivery, and signed entitlement records. The preferred public install path for DTNT is Microsoft Store. Microsoft Store distribution does not change these Denali Tech license terms and does not make Microsoft responsible for DTNT support, Pro activation, or Denali Tech checkout. Denali Tech may provide a backup install or activation path only when support decides it is appropriate for a specific customer case. Activation can require a purchase email plus activation code, a signed license file fallback, or another entitlement method Denali Tech later makes available.

Keep your purchase receipt and delivery email. If you replace hardware or need a reasonable activation reset, contact Denali Tech. Reset or reissue decisions are made to prevent abuse and protect legitimate customers.

4. Updates and future releases

Your purchase includes access to the Pro features Denali Tech makes generally available for the licensed DTNT product line. Denali Tech may ship updates, patches, feature changes, pricing changes for new customers, separate products, or future paid upgrades.

5. Network and field-use responsibility

DTNT is an operator tool. You are responsible for how you use scan, discovery, speed, profile, port-check, saved-key, and export functions. Use scanning and selected-host checks only on networks and devices you own, manage, or have permission to assess. Use saved Wi-Fi key reveal only on Windows profiles and networks you are authorized to access. Exported device lists, MAC addresses, IP addresses, profile data, screenshots, and diagnostic logs can be sensitive; you are responsible for storing, sharing, and deleting them safely. You must follow applicable laws, client authorizations, workplace policies, and safety rules. DTNT is not intended for emergency response, safety-critical, or life-support use.

6. Ownership

DTNT is licensed, not sold. Denali Tech Inc and its licensors retain all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in the software, branding, screenshots, and related materials.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Except where law does not allow it, DTNT is provided "as is" and "as available." Denali Tech disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Denali Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility with every Windows environment, or complete detection of every network condition.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Denali Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or procurement of substitute services. Denali Tech's total liability arising out of DTNT will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable DTNT license in the twelve months before the claim.

Website Terms and Commercial Terms

These terms apply to DTNT website pages, downloads, checkout routes, and customer communications tied to the product.

1. Orders and pricing

DTNT Free is currently offered as a no-charge Microsoft Store install. DTNT Pro is sold as a one-time purchase unless Denali Tech clearly states otherwise before checkout. Pricing, launch offers, and availability can change prospectively.

2. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown during checkout. Denali Tech does not store full payment card numbers on the DTNT website or inside the desktop app.

Microsoft Store and Stripe are separate service providers with their own terms and privacy policies. A Microsoft Store listing, certification, or install path should not be read as legal advice, a security warranty, or an endorsement of a particular customer use case.

3. Delivery expectations

After successful payment, DTNT may provide immediate website instructions, activation email delivery, automated activation fulfillment, or a manual support-assisted fallback. The normal customer path is Microsoft Store install plus in-app activation with the purchase email and activation code. Denali Tech may hold or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or technically impossible to fulfill.

4. Supported systems

DTNT is a Windows desktop product. Public product pages currently represent DTNT as intended for Windows 10 and Windows 11. You are responsible for confirming your environment meets the published system and packaging requirements before purchase.

5. Support scope

Support for DTNT is provided through the channels Denali Tech publishes, currently including support@dt-nt.com. Unless Denali Tech separately agrees otherwise in writing, support is offered on a commercially reasonable basis and without a guaranteed response time, uptime commitment, or custom consulting entitlement.

6. Accurate use of the site

You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape private checkout data, abuse support channels, or use the purchase flow to commit fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized testing.

You also agree not to misrepresent DTNT as a Microsoft product, a penetration-testing authorization, a managed security service, or a guarantee that a network is safe, compliant, or fully discovered.

7. Governing law

To the extent legally permitted, DTNT website and sales terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your home jurisdiction says otherwise.

DTNT Privacy Notice

This notice covers the DTNT sales pages, legal pages, support intake, checkout-linked communications, and the software-related records Denali Tech keeps to fulfill orders and activation.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, and support messages.
  • Order and payment metadata from Stripe or other providers, such as order identifiers, receipt details, and billing status.
  • Activation and licensing records needed to generate, verify, replace, or support DTNT Pro entitlements.
  • Basic website logs and anti-abuse information generated by your browser or our host, such as IP address, timestamps, pages requested, and user-agent data.
  • Website analytics and attribution events, such as page views, outbound Microsoft Store clicks, checkout starts, referrer details, and campaign parameters when available.

2. DTNT app data

DTNT is designed primarily as a local Windows tool. Network scan results, Wi-Fi profile data, IP Scanner labels, device login notes, saved exports, activation records, purchase-email plus activation-code state, fallback activation files, and local diagnostic logs are generally stored on your device unless you choose to export, email, upload, or otherwise share them.

Microsoft Store install, update, account, device, and storefront records are handled by Microsoft under Microsoft's own terms and privacy policies. Denali Tech receives only the information Microsoft or you make available to Denali Tech through normal Store, support, analytics, or customer communication channels.

The DTNT website may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking, and browser storage, including localStorage, to remember campaign attribution for up to 30 days. This can include UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, page path, page title, and product events such as install clicks, checkout starts, and purchase confirmation events. DTNT analytics should not be used to intentionally collect payment card numbers, saved Wi-Fi keys, Stripe checkout session identifiers, or private customer network inventories.

When you use the Profiles workspace, DTNT can read saved Windows Wi-Fi profile names, security labels, and saved keys from Windows so it can show the local profile state on that machine. Saved keys are shown or copied locally when you choose to reveal them, and they are not included in the DTNT profile export format by default.

When you run IP scanner and related discovery workflows, DTNT can send ping, DNS, TCP-connect, ARP-assisted, and short HTTP(S) requests across the local range you select in order to identify responsive devices and likely web interfaces. DTNT may temporarily read headers and a small body snippet to classify a likely local web interface, but that body sample is not kept as a saved export field by default.

When you choose to save a device login in IP Scanner, DTNT stores the username and a Windows-protected password record locally under the current Windows account. Device login records are meant for customer/site documentation on your own machine, are not sent to Denali Tech by default, and are not included in job inventory exports by default.

Local diagnostic logs can contain timestamps, component names, status messages, and exception details produced by the app on your device.

Some DTNT features necessarily communicate with third-party endpoints that you trigger, such as payment providers, Microsoft Store, update metadata, speed-test services, DNS services, likely local web interfaces, or links you open from inside the app.

Third-party services may include Microsoft Store, Stripe, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, GitHub Pages or other hosting providers, Cloudflare Worker/D1 fulfillment, Brevo delivery email, and email or support providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the information they process.

3. Children

Even if an app store displays a general audience age rating, DTNT is marketed for technicians, installers, business owners, and other users performing network diagnostics. It is not directed to children under 13, and Denali Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

4. How we use information

  • To deliver downloads, activation materials, receipts, and order support.
  • To prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate fulfillment, or activation abuse.
  • To answer support questions and improve release, packaging, and fulfillment quality.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect Denali Tech, its customers, and its systems.

5. Sharing

Denali Tech does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate DTNT, such as Microsoft Store, payment processors, email or hosting providers, analytics providers, release hosting services, fulfillment services, and support tooling, and where required by law.

6. Security

Denali Tech uses reasonable administrative, technical, and service-provider safeguards for the records it controls. No website, email, payment provider, cloud service, or local device can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

7. Retention

Typical order, activation, and support records may be kept for up to seven years where needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, license, and support purposes, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law. Local app data stored on a customer's device is controlled by that customer.

8. Choices and requests

You can contact support@dt-nt.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that Denali Tech actually controls, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security retention needs.

Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to DTNT Pro software purchases unless Denali Tech states a different written offer before payment.

1. Standard refund window

For first-time DTNT Pro purchases, contact Denali Tech within fourteen calendar days of the charge if you need a refund review.

2. When refunds are usually approved

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • DTNT Pro cannot be delivered or activated on a supported Windows system and Denali Tech cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable support window.
  • The purchased item was materially different from what the DTNT sales page described at the time of purchase.

3. Limits

Because DTNT is downloadable software and activation can be delivered immediately, refunds can be denied after successful delivery and substantial use, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refund requests can also be denied for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or purchases made in violation of these terms.

4. How to request one

Email support@dt-nt.com with the checkout email address, order reference, and a short explanation of the problem. If Denali Tech approves the refund, it is returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.
